IIRR’s Board of Trustees and staff take the Credo and Values of the organization very seriously. In keeping with the organization’s mission, vision, and values, the following policies and governance documents guide our work:
IIRR has a strict donor privacy policy. IIRR will not sell, trade or share a donor’s personal information with anyone else, nor send a donor mailings on behalf of other organizations. We will list our donors’ names and general amounts of giving in our Annual Report and other documents showing gratitude to our supporters. A donor may opt out of this and any other mention or communications by sending an email to .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) or calling us at 212-880-9147. We will honor all requests for anonymity and will promptly remove from our mailing list anyone who does not wish to receive communications from the organization.

IIRR is committed to maintaining the public trust and requires all trustees and employees to conduct their work with the highest standards of integrity. Inevitably, the interests of trustees and employees will involve them in other organizations, causes and endeavors that intersect with the work of IIRR. Trustees and employees are expected to comply with our conflict of interest policy in order to avoid actual, potential or perceived conflict of interest and to maintain a culture of honest and ethical conduct.

*All Board Members declare any potential, actual, or perceived conflicts of interest annually so that the proper voting and decision-making process may be followed by the Board.
IIRR expects its trustees, officers, employees, and other representatives to observe high standards in business and personal ethics in the conduct of their duties and responsibilities. As employees and representatives of IIRR, we must practice honesty and integrity in fulfilling our responsibilities and complying with all applicable laws and regulations. It is the responsibility of all trustees, officers, and employees to report Wrongful Conduct in accordance with this Whistleblower Policy.
