IIRR is thrilled to welcome Julius Nyangaga as the Regional Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Manager. He has extensive experience in advising research and development programmes to deliver outcomes and impact, and in particular has been facilitating Outcome Mapping processes for a number of years. He has led the delivery of multiple M&E services and products, especially the integration of qualitative and quantitative approaches.
