International Course on Organizational Learning and Development Action (OLDA) held last December 2006

A total of eleven (11) participants attended the international course on Organizational Learning and Development Action held last December 4 - 15 at IIRR's Yen Center campus in the Philippines. This two-week course is designed to enhance the learner’s understanding of organizational learning and their ability to apply appropriate approaches, methods and tools to foster organizational learning for better development action.
